Why I love the Cambridge Online Dictionary - Part 1

I’m a big fan of the Cambridge Online Dictionary. It’s not just a great dictionary for people studying English; it also has a variety of other useful features.

One of these features is called Easily Confused Words. It explains the difference between similar words that often confuse students, such as almost and nearly, raise and rise, and high and tall. Each post gives advice on when to use each word, and also points out common mistakes that learners make.

You can find Easily Confused Words in the grammar section.
